We make no representations or warranties, neither expressed nor implied, of any kind with respect to products sold. We source our products from licensed suppliers and believe them to be genuine.
We do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content manufactures. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

ORDERING PROCESS
Immediately after placing your on line order, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and request for payment. If you do not receive this within 1 business day, contact us immediately. We will quote your order number and include it with all communications regarding your order. Your order will be checked for product availability, delivery times, and any other items that might affect the production of your order. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been shipped.
Orders sent to us are considered final and approved. If you need to cancel an order you must do this in writing. You must check your emails regularly when doing business with us.
We shall not be held liable for any item or shipment that is lost or otherwise not
delivered by the postal services. All products are shipped at the full risk of the purchaser.
Prices are subject to change according to the International currency rates and changes in cost prices without any further notice. Availability of the products is subject to change without any further notice.
Order cancellations after the payment has been processed are not accepted.

Delivery of Products
We will deliver the ordered goods to the address given by you at the time you have made your order.
We do our best deliver your goods within 24hrs , depending upon shipping method, but delays in

or by “acts of God”.

SHIPPING INFORMATION/LEAD TIME
The guaranteed cost of the item is the FOB our factory price we quote. Shipping costs given are EMS Rate , and can change greatly because of variables we may not be aware of regarding shipping to your location. Price does not include VAT and Custom Duties that might incurred in your country.
It is customers responsibility to send special shipping requirements with their order. Costs for orders that are delayed, lost, or must be re-shipped due to customer failing to give us the proper packaging requirements/ correct address , will be billed to the customer.
Customers in foreign countries are fully responsible for researching the shipping costs, duties, required methods, etc. of their particular country.
Customer will be advice with EMS tracking number once order is shipped. Together with an email with all pertinent information from our export department , please do not immediately delete this.
Event information may not be available if your package was mailed recently
All delivery dates are given in good faith and delays and are the responsibility of the courier or
the Post Office Used
Your order is delivered by PT POS OFFICE INDONESIA , using Express Mail Service
It takes an estimates time of 14 Business Days to USA , Africa and Europe and 3- 7 business days
to Asia and Australia. All package will leave from our sort facility in Jakarta before heading
to destination. Please allow 14 Business Days before you can track it on line or in some countries
even faster.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Refunds
Upon arrival at our warehouse, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will reshipped the merchandise but you must bare all original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund.
If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply.
You can expect to receive your re shipped packaged within four weeks of shipping your package back to us.
We estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 2 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 1 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your returned package /refund
We will not honor any refund for the following
Any confiscated item by your local custom or fail to deliver by your local post office due to incomplete shipping address .
